The reviews are 10000% true. I went with my 17yr old Ginga, for the first time this morning. I was up whole night with her, I looked terrible with swollen/tired cried eyes. The ladies were so helpful and so friendly from the second I opened pushed open the reception door. I had more support here than anywhere else I've gone or ever in my life. I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, the Lady Vet and all the ladies who assisted me with my difficult decision I just had to make. For your empathy and understanding. From the very first consultation to the pre- and post-care, their service has been exceptional. Their follow-ups are detailed, thorough and reassuring. Dear Citivet Bothasig / Monte Vista I have been a loyal customer of a prominent vet in our area for over 30 years and have no complaints about them, however, I could not get an appointment for my yorkie with them and was in a panic and went to Citivet Monte Vista, who fortunately had an opening. I had my fur-child at the other vet twice with the same symptoms and it was diagnosed as indigestion. Dr Gosia went beyond what I expect from a vet, doing ALL the tests, x-rays and scans to figure out why our fur-child is sick and found 2 major problems, which she corrected through surgery. I am so impressed with the care, insisting on proper diagnostic procedures and not brushing my concerns off. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for Dr Gosia and Dr Tim, who listens to the owners of the pets and do in-depth testing before giving a diagnosis. I am eternally grateful that you found his 'issues' and appreciate your sincerity. You also have great receptionists, who care just as much as the vets and nurses do. Well done guys.

I can not begin to express my appreciation for the Doctors and their team enough. Especially my pups primary Dr Sumari who went far and beyond, and literally saved his life. Everyone was so helpful and supportive throughout our ordeal.

My baby boy’s ankle started to swell and he could not put any weight on it. I took him to CitiVet, and despite not having made an appointment, they accommodated me. They were very kind to me and very compassionate towards my sensitive and anxious dog. They were able to identify the cause of the swelling and develop a solid treatment plan.They even provided me with referrals to help him with his anxiety and gave me instructions to bring him back if he shows no sign of improvement. They have given me a lot of peace of mind in dealing with this stressful situation and I feel very supported and at ease going forward. A special shout-out to the receptionist who immediately made me feel calm and gave me wonderful advice about pet insurance. Thank you, CitiVet for your compassion in a world where this is so hard to come by!
